MARK BENTON
PATRON of DERBY ACADEMY of ACTING
Mark Benton has already worked along side one of our students in the BBC TV series 'Land Girls'. He is also staring in 'Waterloo Road' as the teacher Chalky. Mark trained as an actor at RADA and has stared in many films, TV and theatre productions including 'Comedians' at the Lyric Hammersmith, 'Beyond the Pole' feature film and the TV program 'Britannia High'. We are all very excited and sure that all our students will see Mark as a great role model!

CASTING NEWS
ALL of our young students of Derby Academy of Acting are submitted for professional acting work. Our young actors have up to date CV's and are available to attend auditions. Casting Directors and TV, Film and theatre companies wanting to cast young actors are also invited to attend classes and showings.
The Academy presents itself as a pool of talent from which such people can draw, offering experience and opportunities to those lucky enough to be cast.
